CONFIRM BOOKING

To confirm your booking we ask you to sign the registration form and a non refundable registration deposit of 500 SAR. Only when we receive your registration form and proof of payment, your reservation is officially confirmed. By transferring your registration deposit, you indicate that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions on this page.

For all bookings, the remaining fee must be paid one week before departure to hold your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits are non refundable.

If you need to cancel for any reason after you have registered for this retreat:

• 100% refund for cancellation 20+ days before retreat start date.
• 50%  refund for cancellation 3-19 days before retreat start date.
• 0%  refund for cancellation 0-3 days before retreat start date.

Deposits can be returned ONLY IF your spot can be replaced by a new participant. If your spot is not filled, your investment will not be refunded.
